"It was a flawless experience from scheduling to the inspection. I especially appreciated the reminder texts and the text that introduced my technician before they arrived. The technician, Kenan, was very knowledgeable and patient/happy to talk through all my questions. Wore a mask the entire time (which I very much appreciated.) He spent a total of 3 hours inspecting my two fireplaces from top (literally the roof) to bottom! Before he left, he gave me a quick rundown of the terms I might see in the report and what they mean so I’ll know what I’m looking at. In an old house, I am constantly having things worked on/inspected and I genuinely wish everyone I worked with was as professional and helpful as Top Hat. 10/10 recommend."
