Dryer Vent System Repairs/Re-routes
The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) recommends that chimneys be inspected annually and cleaned as needed. Regular maintenance lowers the risk of fires and allows for early detection of failing conditions leading to expensive water penetration damage and structural collapse.

When we complete our air duct cleaning, our goal is to remove debris, pollons, and pollutants i n the air ventilation system i n your home. We use our RotoBrush system to
sweep and vacuum as we go. First we will turn off the air unit to keep debris from moving as we clean. We will clean each supply vent moving from one room to the next using tarps to collect any debris. Finally we will clean the return vents where most of the build up exists- i f you have new filters please have them ready for our technician to i nstall. At the end of the cleaning we will use our Envirocon solution to kill any bacteria that could be i n the vent that i s too small to be swept away. Once complete, we will turn the system
back on and provide you with before and after photos of our work.
All dryer vent cleaning starts with an air flow i nspection report to i dentify the amount of air available to pass through the system. Next we will clean the l int catcher, i nterior of the
dryer (if the dryer i s empty) and pull the dryer away from the wall to clean behind the unit. Next we will clean the dryer vent exhaust from the vent to the exterior removing
debris as we brush. We will re-test the air flow and set the dryer back to proper position. If we find any i ssues or concerns with your dryer vent exhaust system we will notate that
and provide recommendations for repairs.
All chimney sweeping i ncludes a full safety i nspection where we i nspect all the components of the firebox, the damper, the i nterior flue and connections. Assuming our
technicians are able to fully access the roof we will complete a full chimney i nspection from the roof up l ooking at the cap, the chase, the flue l iner from the top down and
ensure that all i s ready for use. Then we complete the chimney sweeping to remove debris and creosote build up. Sometimes depending on the state of the chimney and
firebox we may make recommendations for repairs. You will be provided a chimney inspection report and an estimate for repairs needed.
